Dr Jess and her team are just superb … not only are they knowledgeable and professional, they are also extremely friendly, caring and supportive. They go above and beyond to help, and they care as much about our furry baby as we do!

Best experience we have ever had with a veterinary team. We are really happy to have found this practice.  Certainly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch veterinary clinic who truly cares and has such great passion to help and support.

Visited Caring Paws this morning with our cat Minny. I could not have been happier with the service. DrJess is was terrific with Minny, so much so that her calming influence was noticeable immediately.

We were so worried on a Saturday afternoon when we noticed our little old friend Sphinx the cat was not himself and were looking around for a vet who was open late. We were so lucky to find Dr Jess and her team at Caring Paws, who were able to figure out his problem and remove his bad teeth on the following Monday. They could instantly see how lovable he is and took amazing care of our Sphinx. Thank you Dr Jess and the team at Caring Paws!

Dr Jess was really helpful, explained what was happening with my cat in an easy to understand way and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Loved on my boy as if he was her own cat. Thanks very much to Dr Jessica for her recent care relating to my two female kittens. One got spayed and the other had a vax. I'm a first-time cat owner this year so all the experiences have been new. Really appreciated her kindness and patience in answering my many questions.

Dr Jess was one of the best vets we've ever been to. She explains everything so thoroughly, and you can tell she's got such a great wealth of knowledge about how to treat something that could have multiple causes by how she treatment plans various scenarios on the spot. She caught something in a consult appointment that hadn't been caught at another vet two days beforehand at a full check-up.

We had a great experience with Dr Jess and the team. Bruno was very well looked after from the moment we arrived. He was quite nervous, but they were all so gentle and reassuring, which really helped him feel comfortable. The team was incredibly caring and patient—they never rushed us and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.
