Friendly, helpful, kind and super caring. Our dog is super anxious and they worked well with him.

Dr Jessica was amazing and was wonderful with Sophie. She was so compassionate and caring and showed so much empathy to Sophie and us. She was great at explaining everything and did what she could to make Sophie more comfortable. We had a wonderful experience with her and would highly recommend her and use her again in the future.

Dr Jess, or just Jess, because she immediately made me feel comfortable enough to call her that,has helped my dear Mimi not once but twice in a short amount of time.As someone who gets very anxious about my cat’s health, Jess put me completely at ease. The care and attention she showed both Mimi and me was incredible. She was personable, kind, understanding, and extremely professional.

I was also unable to get to the clinic, and Jess kindly arranged a time to come to my home to help Mimi, which meant so much to me.

Dr Jessica is an extremely caring and dedicated vet. Her love of animals clearly shows in the level of attentive care given. Jessica provided regular updates on my dog's condition. Gave clear instructions for at home meditation. Her follow up phone call to check on my dog's progress, shows her dedication to her animal patients.

I was so thankful for the lovely service and care that we received from Dr Jessica. She was extremely caring and sensitive, and I truly could not have asked for anyone better. She truly was beautiful in the way she dealt with everything and so supportive. Thank you so much.

Dr Jess was one of the best vets we've ever been to. She explains everything so thoroughly, and you can tell she's got such a great wealth of knowledge about how to treat something that could have multiple causes by how she treatment plans various scenarios on the spot. She caught something in a consult appointment that hadn't been caught at another vet two days beforehand at a full check-up.

We recently had Kyle undergo surgery at Caring Paws, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received from Dr Jess and the entire team. From the very beginning, Dr Jess and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and reassuring, which made the whole experience much less stressful for us. What truly stood out was Dr Jess personally calling to check on Kyle regularly after the surgery. That level of follow-up and genuine concern shows how much she truly cares about her patients and their recovery. We are very thankful for the outstanding care and compassion shown to Kyle, and we highly recommend Caring Paws and their wonderful team to anyone needing veterinary care.

Dr. Jess looks after our 14-year-old Staffy x Kelpie so well. Our dog can be unfriendly and anxious around strangers, but she is so calm and playful with Dr. Jess!
