Finding Dr Jessica at Caring Paws was a lifesaver for our family. Our 15-year-old Spoodle wasn't doing well, and Jess immediately diagnosed the issue: a large tumour on his spleen. Her professional guidance and spot-on advice gave us the confidence we needed during a stressful time. Jess is incredibly patient, kind, and warm, which made a world of difference for both us and our dog. Kayleen and Reanna also did a fantastic job supporting us throughout the process. We were so worried about how a senior dog would handle surgery, but he defied the odds and bounced right back to his old happy self. Thank you so much, Jess and team, for your incredible expertise, care, and compassion!

Jess and the team were AMAZING! Literally saved our dog's life! Everyone there is so friendly and really care about our fury friends. We won't go anywhere else from now on and will recommend them to all our friends and family.

We took our puppy Leo to meet Jess and the team, they were extremely caring and sensitive to treat our dogs anxiety and make him feel welcome! They clearly love animals and prioritise patient care and owner education. Would definitely recommend for all furry friends!!

We brought our 15 year old doggy in to Dr Jess with the decision that she had been through enough treatments at our other vet, which had not really improved her overall wellbeing and left her traumatised. We chose Dr Jess because she had picked up our dog’s heart murmur while she was at another practice, which up till then no other vets had identified. When we brought her in this time, Dr Jess identified high blood pressure - also not previously identified - and suggested we try medication for that before going down the “final” path. We tried this and now two weeks later she is back to her “old” self. I couldn’t recommend Dr Jess and the nurses at Perfect Paws highly enough! We have our darling to enjoy and make us laugh again, thank you Dr Jess!

Dr Jess was fantastic, she listened and showed a genuine interest in what was happening with our Cat. After spending an afternoon at the clinic our cat Tilly has come back a lot happier. I highly recommend Caring Paws to look after your pet.

Dr Jessica is a wonderful Vet. She's patient, caring and very thorough. Thorough in the examination of my dog, Paddy, and also when explaining everything to me. I didn't walk away feeling overwhelmed, or confused.

She's has also been incredible with my client's dog who is a very nervous dog - Dr Jessica took her time with Teddy - by the end of the appointment, Teddy was completely relaxed and lay down!

We were so worried on a Saturday afternoon when we noticed our little old friend Sphinx the cat was not himself and were looking around for a vet who was open late. We were so lucky to find Dr Jess and her team at Caring Paws, who were able to figure out his problem and remove his bad teeth on the following Monday. During my cat’s final days, everyone treated him with such kindness, compassion, and respect. Dr. Jessica was incredibly professional and did everything possible to help him. She carefully explained every step of the process, allowing us to make informed decisions during a very difficult time.

Although we ultimately had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, I feel fortunate that we met such a caring veterinarian in his final journey. Knowing that he was comfortable and not suffering unnecessarily has brought our family some peace.

Dr. Jessica’s genuine love for animals was evident in every interaction, and the entire team showed remarkable empathy and dedication. The fees were also very reasonable.

I truly hope more pet owners become aware of this wonderful veterinary clinic. Dr. Jessica and her team provide not only excellent medical care but also compassion and support when families need it most.
